Groomergraphix is committed to protecting your privacy. Groomergraphix does not pass on, give, sell, trade or rent your personal information, with the exception of sharing personal information with Royal Mail, Collect Plus or FedEx for shipping orders. We will never contact you outside of providing updates for orders placed or in the event of a problem with an order or payment. In the future we may use email for the purposes of marketing, however this will be a strictly opt-in option.
When you access pages on our website we store what page was accessed, the time it was accessed, your IP address and your browser’s user agent (a small piece of text identifying what browser and operating system you use). This information is used only for the purposes of detecting malicious activity and is retained for a period of seven days. This is done in compliance with Recital 49 of the GDPR.
As a guest user on the site you may place items in your cart. This requires cookies to be enabled. If you do not visit the site within 42 hours your cart will automatically be emptied. You may also remove items from your cart at any time. We do not access or use the products stored in your cart for any other purposes.
Checkout and Order Fulfillment
When you place an order we need to collect, store and process your name or company name, email address, billing details and delivery address. We also ask for your telephone number to contact you if there are any problems with your order. Your IP address is stored for the purposes of fraud detection and prevention. Details about orders placed are stored by default for a period of two years for the purposes of order fulfillment, customer service and convenience when placing repeat orders.
We do not process any payment details on our servers – these are processed by either Amazon or PayPal depending on the method of payment selected at checkout.
In the event of failure during checkout, we may contact you to provide assistance.
You may create an account on our website for the purpose of repeat orders and convenience. When you create an account, we store information used during the fulfillment of your first order for convenience purposes when placing future orders. This information is retained as long as you continue to use your account on our website. If your account is not accessed within two years it will be deleted along with all associated personal information.
When you create an account, items added to your basket are associated with your account for convenience. These items will remain in your basket until they are removed or until checkout. We do not access or use the products stored in your cart for any other purposes.
- You may request that we rectify or remove inaccurate personal data.
- You may request a copy of all data we store about you.
- You may request that we delete all data we store about you.
- You may request that we restrict sharing of your personal data with individual shipping companies.
- You have a right to be informed of any data breach or misuse of your data.
Requests to delete, rectify or retrieve data will be processed within 72 hours.
Our servers are located in France and hosted by OVH. Data is never stored outside European Union member states in any format.
Backups are encrypted and stored offline. Backups are retained for three months. In the event of a data deletion or rectification request, data stored in backups will also be updated to reflect these changes.

Shipping and Handling
All orders are dispatched by 2nd class post. All postage rates are based on the weight of the final package. We keep our postage rates as low as possible. Larger orders may be sent by Collect Plus.
International orders are only dispatched by Royal Mail Airmail or FedEx. Most deliveries will be received within 10 days of dispatch. We are not responsible for taxes charged by customs.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with every order you place with us. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or a refund less a 10% restocking fee (except your original postage).
To return an item, please send it back to us with your receipt and a note stating whether you’d like a refund or an exchange (and what product you’d like).
The goods must be returned in new condition and be accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. Your PayPal account used for the purchase will be refunded the original purchase amount (less delivery charges as appropriate) within 7 days.
In the case of ‘faulty goods’ where the packaging may have been opened or discarded the packaging state or otherwise is not material to the return. Your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) will be fully complied with. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If your item is out of stock, we will back order for you. We would expect to send off the ‘items in stock’ order with the back order items to follow. You will be emailed to advise with the option given to receive all your order in one delivery or part delivery. There is always the option to cancel your entire or part order if you would rather not wait.
