Offering a quick tidy up between grooms encourages customers to keep their dog clean and tidy.  Charge a nominal fee for these few minutes of your time to trim around eyes & bum and take the opportunity to access the coat have the dog in sooner for the next appointment.  Tidy ups can be done in 10 minutes as no bathing or brushing involved.  This will reduce your shave downs and gooey eyed dogs!
