More than a record card, we call them our ‘Customer Care Cards‘. Designed by us with more room to fill in details, unique and individual to each dog you groom. A neat and easy to read the card.

Each customer care card records all the information about your customer and dog. Customer details include name, address, telephone number, email, mobile. Dog details include name, breed, age, sex, health issues, grooming instructions, allergies, vaccinations, how easy they are to groom, if shy, old, bite, noisy, soil, etc. The reverse of the card shows the dates of grooms, intervals, grooming details & price. Also included permission to obtain veterinary treatment should a dog become ill or is injured, which the owner signs.

Our care cards are now a little smaller than 8 x 5 to allow looser storage in an 8 x 5 index box.
