Cat details include name, coat type, age, sex, health issues, grooming instructions, allergies, vaccinations, how easy they are to groom, if shy, old, bite, noisy, soil etc. The reverse of the card shows the dates of grooms, intervals, grooming details & price. Also included permission to obtain veterinary treatment should a cat become ill or is injured, which the owner signs.
